1. Trials and Promotional Offers
ControlAxis may make trial access or promotional pricing available for eligible customers. The applicable trial period, offer conditions, included functionality, and conversion terms are presented when the offer is made. Unless otherwise stated, a trial does not create an obligation to continue after the trial period ends.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees, billing frequency, included users, and applicable taxes are presented in the applicable order, checkout flow, or account notice. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for all fees and taxes associated with your subscription, excluding taxes based on ControlAxis’s net income.
3. Payment Authorization
By providing a payment method, you authorize ControlAxis and its payment processor to charge the amounts due for your subscription and authorized purchases. You will keep payment and billing contact information accurate and current. If a payment cannot be processed, ControlAxis may notify you, retry the charge, and suspend access after reasonable notice until the account is brought current.
4. Renewal and Changes
Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date. ControlAxis may change subscription fees for a future renewal period by providing notice through the Services, by email, or through the billing contact associated with the account. Promotional pricing applies only for the period and under the conditions stated in the offer.
5. Cancellation
You may request cancellation by contacting billing@controlaxissystems.com or through any account controls made available in the Services. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the current paid period, unless your order provides otherwise. You remain responsible for fees incurred before cancellation takes effect.
6. Refunds and Credits
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement or offer. If ControlAxis issues a credit or refund, it will be applied to the original payment method or account as appropriate.
