Customer Data processed through the Services is handled on behalf of the applicable business customer under the customer’s instructions and applicable agreement.

Individuals seeking to access, correct, delete, or restrict Customer Data held by a business customer should direct their request to that business customer. ControlAxis will support its customers in responding to valid requests as required by applicable law.

ControlAxis maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
